Position Overview: The successful candidate will be instrumental in igniting curiosity and fostering a deep understanding of the human mind and behavior among students. The role involves: Designing and delivering engaging Psychology lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, aligned with the national curriculum and school's academic standards. Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, inquiry, and exploration of psychological concepts. Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Demonstrated experience teaching Psychology at the secondary school level is preferred but not required; NQTs are welcome to apply.
