Job Description
As the HR Assistant, you will be:
* Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
* Help in onboarding new hires and coordinating orientation programmes
* Participate in organising training sessions and workshops
* Provide assistance in handling employee relations and resolving issues
* Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
* Support in maintaining employee records and HR databases
* Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
* Support other HR projects as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant should have:
* Experience in a HR Assistant role
* Excellent Attention to detail
* Varied admin experience
* Knowledge of UK HR policies and procedures
What's on Offer
You will be rewarded with an hourly rate of £18 - £20p/h.
