We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Maintenance Manager to join our team at our Iveco Dealership in South Normanton.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in maintenance and site reliability, with excellent communication skills and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of complex systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance processes, procedures and standards, with the ability to manage and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple sites.
You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective maintenance strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to drive business efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* To oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
* To work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.
* To analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
We are looking for someone with:
* A degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, maintenance management, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a similar role within the automotive industry.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop solutions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
