Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Account Manager to manage an existing portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will nurture relationships, drive growth through cross-selling, and expand the customer base through referrals. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for telecoms and IT, strong communication skills, and a successful track record in sales. Key Responsibilities: Manage and foster relationships within an established customer base Identify growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling Develop referral opportunities to expand the customer base Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring client satisfaction and retention Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to advise clients Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Qualifications and Experience: Proven account management experience, ideally in telecoms or IT Strong understanding of telecoms and IT managed services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools Highly motivated, goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and within a team Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
