Our client specializes in providing a range of solutions from basic multi-purpose shelving systems to extensive warehouse pallet racking, mezzanine floor, and shelving installations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Sales Team: Assist the Sales Coordinator and Sales Account Managers in achieving their sales objectives. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the team meets its targets, providing a seamless customer experience.
2. Customer Interaction: Manage and process small order/catalogue enquiries/orders through customer emails and telephone enquiries. This includes setting up new customer accounts and ensuring all information is accurately logged and maintained.
3. Sales Enquiries: Provide robust sales support for specific sales enquiries or orders. Use your problem-solving skills and effective communication to influence and negotiate, building and nurturing customer relationships.
4. IT Proficiency: Remain fully conversant with IT facilities. You will be expected to use various software systems to input orders, track sales, and manage customer information efficiently.
5. Office Administration: Undertake general office tasks to ensure the smooth running of sales operations. This includes maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales reports as required.
6. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of improvements within the sales support function. Your insights and feedback will help streamline processes and enhance overall performance.

1. Excellent Interpersonal Skills: A good telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
2. Problem-Solving Capabilities: Strong analytical skills to address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
