Job Title: HR Systems Administrator
Salary: £29,000 to £31,000

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a HR Systems Administrator for a fantastic business in Birmingham City Centre. They are looking for someone who is looking to develop their HR career but also someone who has excellent Excel and Data skills !
This role requires someone who has a high degree of knowledge on excel e.g. XLOOKUPS, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Conditional Formatting, advanced formula knowledge!
The Candidates responsibilities:
* Implement, develop and support HR Reporting and data management
* Coordinate all central administration relating to the recruitment, selection, and retention processes
* Maintain and audit HR Systems to ensure accurate data and records
* Analyse HR data to advise and recommend policy and process improvement
* Submit and complete timely and accurate monthly payroll changes
* Maintain accurate absence data
* Provide HR admin support at formal meetings e.g. drafting invite letters, taking minutes/notes, and compiling hearing packs.
* Create and maintain all HR related templates
Skills Needed:
1. Experience within a similar role is necessary
2. EXCEL EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
3. An advanced Excel qualification would be ideal
