Mechanical Project Manager (Building Services)\n\n📍Manchester\n\n💷Highly competitive with uncapped bonus opportunities\n\nAre you passionate about project management and have a strong background in the Mechanical building services construction sector?\n\nI'm looking for an experienced Project Manager to join my client's dynamic team.\n\n📋 Role Overview:\n\n- ✔ Effectively manage projects from receipt of client instructions to handover.\n\n- ✔ Ensure quotes and scopes of work align with contract documents and client requirements.\n\n- ✔ Prepare and regularly update programmes of work, highlighting long lead items.\n\n- ✔ Evolve post-contract health and safety files and oversee all health and safety aspects.\n\n- ✔ Follow insurer protocols, manage material orders, assign labour, and report on financials.\n\n- ✔ Raise valuations, applications for payment, invoices, and assist with debt control.\n\n- ✔ Request and manage CAI/variations, prepare scopes of work and costs.\n\n- ✔ Handle final accounts with the supply chain and clients, own projects and coordination.\n\n- ✔ Assist in developing company systems and procedures to improve safety, efficiency, and profit.\n\n- ✔ Review tenders, evolve solutions, and ensure deliverability.\n\n- ✔ Full knowledge of the Mechanical HVAC industry is essential; knowledge of parallel electrical systems is desirable.\n\n- ✔ Conduct site surveys, coordinate designs, and highlight risks and opportunities.\n\n- ✔ Attend various meetings to support project delivery and build client confidence.\n\n- ✔ Address client queries, obtain approvals, and assist in procurement and invoicing.\n\n💼 What We Need:\n\n- Relevant building services degree/qualifications.\n\n- Experience in the construction sector.\n\n- Strong IT skills.\n\n- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.\n\n📧(url removed)\n\n☎️(phone number removed)\n\nWA Consultants is an Employment Business and an Employment Agency as described within The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003
