What you’ll do: Design and refine websites and digital experiences that are user-focused, visually stunning, and fully accessible. Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other designers to bring your concepts to life. Conduct user and market research, gathering insights to inform design decisions and improve user experiences. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, XD, or Adobe Creative Suite. Maintain and develop design systems, style guides, and branding assets. Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, ensuring designs follow best practices and accessibility guidelines. Work across multiple projects, from large-scale web builds to ongoing design improvements for existing clients. What we’re looking for: Experience : Ideally 4 years of UI/UX design experience in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Figma, XD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Detail-Oriented : Strong eye for typography, colour, and layout. Creative & Analytical : A designer who thinks beyond aesthetics and understands user behaviours. Fast Learner : Someone who embraces feedback, is self-motivated, and eager to grow. Collaboration & Communication : Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and articulate design decisions clearly. Bonus : Experience in motion design, iconography, or branding.
