The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and .NET technologies, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex IT projects. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in D365 CE and .NET to design, develop, and implement robust solutions that meet business requirements. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of software through rigorous testing and code reviews. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve development processes and practices. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Technical Skills: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). Strong knowledge of .NET framework and related technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, etc.). Experience with SQL Server and database management. Familiarity with Azure services and cloud computing. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.
