Summary Maintenance Manager is responsible for the security, maintenance, warehouse and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organisation and objectives as identified by the Group/Division’s WIN Strategy. Responsibilities · Oversee building & ground maintenance, maintenance facilities and external areas, i.e. building works, whitewashing, road surface, fixtures. · Operate and maintain custodial functions by leading the security service. · Ensure security & emergency preparedness are implemented properly. · Make sure the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures. · Lead Maintenance function, both troubleshooting and preventive. · Oversee and supervise the quality of work for their team to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively. · Manage and review service contracts in cooperation with Purchasing Department. · Check completed work by vendors and contractors. · Recommend maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications. Qualifications · Six to eight years’ experience in related field is essential. · Working knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical components and equipment is required. · Confident with reading and interpreting documents, schematics and blueprints. · Able to recognise and solve typical problems from established operating procedures and/or scientific methods. · Experience in operating forklifts and other powered equipment. · Able to lead the team and able to adapt to changes in work requirements.
