SEN TA in Bedford
Tick Education are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN TA in Bedford, ideally SEMH to work in an alternative provision. This position offers the chance to make a difference in the lives of young people who require additional support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalised assistance to children with additional learning needs, ensuring they can engage with the curriculum
• Work alongside colleagues to implement tailored learning strategies and support plans
• Encourage social and emotional development
• Assist children in managing their behaviour with the school policies
We are looking for the following:
• Experience supporting children with additional needs
• A patient and proactive individual
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Committed to safeguarding and child safety
• Must have Team Teach/Physical Intervention training with a certificate to prove this
• Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or L3 TA qualification) but not essential
