This successful legal firm has an opening for an experienced Practice Manager to take responsibility for the accounts and finances, ensuring the firm's continued commercial success.
This position is important and holds a high level of responsibility with a need for understanding confidential matters. Reporting to and attending Board meetings, you will ensure competitive margins with their party providers, ensuring compliance in a COFA position where you will be an integral manager within the firm considering policy and performance. Leading the accounts team, you will be a strong financial project manager and someone who can reduce risk and exposure, driving productivity and performance forward, and your duties will include:
* Monitor financial performance
* Accounting reporting function
* Collating tax information including VAT returns and Corporation Tax
* Payroll sign off
* Employee Benefits Reviews
* Insurance Broking
* Staff performance management
