Flexibility is needed over 7 days (evenings and weekends). In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,682.66 per annum. The Derian House care team provides symptom management, palliative and end-of-life care, as well as short break respite care to children, young people and their families across Lancashire, South Cumbria and Greater Manchester. Supported by our dedicated community team, family support team, neonatal services and young people’s services we are able to provide a wide range of support and care in a variety of settings. About the Wellbeing Worker role You will join an established team who provide our wellbeing service through therapeutic play activities and sessions to babies, children and young people. You will participate in assessing our service users and help implement an appropriate activities programme as part of their wider care package. You will be qualified in wellbeing and play or an equivalent discipline and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of working with babies, children and young people with complex care needs in an educational and play environment.
