Accurately describe and sell a variety of cover solutions tailored to customer needs. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of our products and provide customers with exceptional service. Generate customer quotations and efficiently input new work orders. Follow up on quotes, close sales orders, and help the team hit sales targets. Collaborate with the Sales Team, Admin, Production Manager, and Team Leaders to ensure smooth order processing. Assist the sales team with calls, orders, and day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment. Criteria: Highly motivated with a flexible, proactive approach to learning new products and sales processes Skilled in numeracy and comfortable generating quotes and processing orders Able to interpret customer concepts and drawings, visualising custom cover solutions A team player with a drive for achieving results and exceeding sales targets Organised and able to manage and prioritise tasks effectively Proficient in verbal and written communication, ensuring a positive customer experience Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly This role offers the chance to be part of a leading global company that values innovation, customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
