Do you have experience of coordinating day-to-day production tasks? Can you provide effective administrative and logistical support? Can you work efficiently in a pressured, deadline-driven environment? Do you have excellent organisational skills?
We are looking for a Production Coordinator for the RSC's Digital Development department, coordinating, organising and planning the day-to-day production activities using existing workflows and processes. You will support the planning of production and delivery of engaging, high-quality digital content for the organisation's channels.
Reporting to the Head of Digital and Broadcast, key areas of responsibility include:
* Coordinate the day-to-day production of the digital development department and incoming video content request forms to the digital development team.
* Maintain the department's shared calendar and project management software to schedule resources needed for each project.
* Coordinate communications and act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including other RSC departments.
* Work with the digital development department in planning and production of digital work.
* Manage booking freelancers and external suppliers such as BSL interpreters.
To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have the following knowledge and experience:
* Experience working in a similar coordinator role.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong focus on organisation.
* Experience working on both Windows and Mac operating systems.
* Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team.
This role would suit someone who has coordinator experience in either theatre, film, or TV.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford upon Avon. You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, although occasional weekend and evening work will be required.
