About the Role
To assist in the management, coordination and development of a comprehensive county-wide Team Support Service across Adults & Communities Care Pathway whilst maintaining a high-quality responsive customer service.
To work closely with designated teams in order to provide specialist support, coordinating multi-agency support and assisting Care Pathway teams in the management of case work and the support of adult service users as appropriate.
To ensure that designated data sets are imported, created and maintained in an accurate manner and produce high-quality analytical dashboards in a range of formats, including the TOM tracker, to inform performance, planning and reporting.
An enhanced DBS check is required for this post. This role is a Safety Critical Post and, consequently, subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with our policies and procedures. If successful in being appointed to the role, you will be required to agree to a planned test and achieve a negative result as part of any conditional offer of employment and/or during your probationary period. A copy of our Substance Misuse Policy and Procedure is available upon request.
About You
To apply for this post, you must have:
* A good level of demonstrable and relevant experience of working in an administrative field and to have a flexible approach and the ability to work under pressure, organizing tasks to meet competing priorities.
* To be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative (to resolve queries or problems) or as part of a team.
* To have the ability to always maintain strict confidentiality.
* Experience of developing and maintaining computer-based and manual record systems, also using Microsoft Office including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to a high standard.
* The preparation of reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other documentation.
* To communicate clearly and accurately by telephone, in person, and in writing with a wide range of people, within and outside the Department.
