Job Description COMMERCIAL EXPERTISE •Analyse key performance indicators to make informed commercial decisions and drive sales performance •Implement commercial changes to achieve departmental goals and objectives •Undertake regular floor walks with the sales team to review department performance and execute changes to a high standard TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT •Lead a team of sales advisors on one of our instore departments and motivate them to drive store sales performance •Ensure the team are providing world class customer service expected by our Luxury brand partners •Be a FLANNELS ambassador and represent the company to our brand partners, external stakeholders and senior leadership teams •Observe, train and upskill the team, providing regular feedback and celebrating success •Ensure clear and effective communication within the team to complete daily tasks OPERATIONAL EFFICIANCIES •Oversee daily operations adhering to company policies and procedures •Manage the movement of stock and product within the store, from delivery, stockrooms and shop floor standards •Support the store manager with daily and weekly stock checks and audits •Ensure your departments maintains exceptional standards of visual merchandising
