Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our passionate team from September 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching their specialist subject to motivated students, delivering engaging and effective lessons, and contributing to the broader life of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
2. Assess, record, and report on the progress, development, and attainment of students.
3. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and student participation.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement effective teaching strategies.
5. Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
6. Maintain open communication with parents and carers regarding student progress and well-being.

Requirements:
12. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS by September 2024.
13. A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
14. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum in your subject area.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
16. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
17. Enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive attitude.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
