Key Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Support students on a one-on-one basis and in small groups, particularly those with SEN. Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching staff. Contribute to planning and preparing learning activities. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff. Requirements: Previous experience in a primary school setting is preferred. Understanding of SEN and strategies to support diverse learning needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children learn and grow.
