Job summary
To oversee the Trust-based administrative services to Health Education East of England (NHS E) Postgraduate School of Surgery and Medicine. To provide administrative support to the listed specialities including Training Programme Directors and senior clinicians.
To efficiently co-ordinate a programme of activity for postgraduate primary care and secondary care doctors.
Main duties of the job
To assist in other training programmes for the Post Graduate Medical Centre including - Educational Supervisors
1. Oversee the delivery of the Regional Training Days.
2. Organise and support the organisation of face-to-face and virtual- TEAMS meetings between the relevant specialties' trainees and members of their Training Committee (outside the RCP process)Keep accurate financial records, and produce financial statements to the manager
3. Be an active member of the Cambridge University Hospitals Medical Education team, providing cover within the team as and when required
4. Assist with the planning, organising and delivery of activities and events going on within the School regional teaching, simulation training, and faculty development days. This includes using digital platforms such as Panopto and Bridge, to organise events and courses (training will be provided).
