We’re looking for someone organised and dependable to join our team at Lick Me I’m Delicious, where we create interactive food experiences for brand and corporate events.
This role combines accounts administration, office management, and general business support. You'll keep the accounts in order, the office running smoothly, and provide light PA support to the MD - all while working closely with a small and friendly team.
The Role
* Around 24 hours per week | Hybrid (2 days office, 1 day from home)
* Issue client invoices and manage payment processes
* Process supplier invoices, bills, receipts, and staff expenses
* Coordinate casual team payroll data and liaise with our accountant
* Oversee office supplies, facilities, and H&S records
* Manage onboarding paperwork and basic HR admin
* Provide light PA support to the MD
* Support occasional marketing admin (photo collation and website uploads)
About You
* Accounts admin experience (Xero preferred)
* Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
* A confident communicator who enjoys variety
* Comfortable working in a small team where everyone pitches in
