Job Summary:
As the Operations Manager at Energy Efficiency Consultants, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of various large-scale retrofit projects across the West Midlands. Your primary objectives will include recruiting and training a Retrofit Manager to lead our retrofit team, ensuring the implementation of quality assurance measures, and optimising processes through the use of our CRM system, Monday.com. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing client needs to enhance overall project success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Operations Management:
o Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of large-scale retrofit projects.
o Collaborate with the Retrofit Manager to ensure the effective training and development of the retrofit team.
o Resource management of our assessors and engineers.
o Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to uphold EEC's standards.
* Process Optimization:
o Utilize CRM system (Monday.com) to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain accurate project records.
o Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize project workflows.
* Client Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
o Act as a key point of contact for clients, resolving issues and providing regular project updates.
* Team Collaboration:
o Collaborate with various teams within EEC, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
o Work closely with the leadership team to support the company's growth initiatives.
* Performance Metrics:
o Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of projects and operations.
o Provide regular reports to the leadership team on project status and performance against targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the energy efficiency or construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of retrofit processes, quality assurance, and project management.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, with specific experience in Monday.com being an advantage.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
