Appropriately manage collected data and ensure all data is kept and shared in accordance with all relevant governance requirements Use innovation to build databases and tools where required or where helpful to support information provision Validate and quality assure data and deal with statistical/analytical queries, e.g. investigating data anomalies and identifying any corrective action required Maintain productive working relations with clinical, operational, and corporate colleagues at all levels of the organisation Provide advice on data and information as well as and interpret and present complex and sensitive information Communicate analytical/statistical information to non-analytical/statistical colleagues at all levels of the Trust, advising on statistical techniques used Present data in such a way that the information is accessible for use by a wide range of internal and external sources without expert knowledge Maintain standard operating procedures within the team as well as guides in support of standard and accurate data collection processes Support with any training required to support understanding, interpretation or use of the trusts key reporting platforms Demonstrate activities and work routines to others in own work area Support/respond to external requests for data, e.g. Freedom of Information requests Support and actively participate in any meetings with key stakeholders regarding information and performance Develop and maintain proficiency with several systems, primarily Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SQL Server, and apply a positive attitude to future requirements. Plan and prioritise multiple tasks and activities, to ensure all regular, ad hoc, and mandatory reporting requirements are met Ensure timely and accurate information analysis Present information related to data or reporting issues, explaining complex issues, to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
