What you’ll be doing Manage and deliver technically specialised projects for the SPD Distribution Network to specification, programme and within authorised financial values. Ensure that projects delivered to specification, programme, within contract price and in accordance with Energy Networks financial authorisation procedures Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and all other relevant Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations Compliance with Energy Networks Quality Management System processes Prepare necessary ITT documentation contract papers and project scope of works Assess contractor’s submissions both technically and commercially Liaison with other Energy Networks departments, suppliers and contractors to ensure delivery of project portfolio Ensure timely submission and accuracy of monthly project reports and capital expenditure forecasts (CAPEX) and operational expenditure (OPEX) Implement and efficient project outage and resource programmes strategy Contractor compliance with Energy Networks construction and plant specifications standards Availability of project programme indicating key environmental, planning, procurement, construction, commissioning and completion milestones Maintenance of project risk registers Staff development and performance management of allocated staff Provision of monthly/quarterly and annual capital forecasts and management reports.
