Ensure orders are processed correctly and pricing is accurate. Resolve any supply or delivery issues to keep our targets on track. Collaborate with sales teams to manage customer accounts and ensure smooth communication. Track and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Work towards team goals and contribute to continuous improvement. What They're Looking For: Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a busy environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Comfortable working with computer systems (intermediate level). A team player who enjoys building relationships at all levels. Nice-to-Haves: Experience in a manufacturing or similar industry. Knowledge of SAP or CRM systems.
