This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager to join Celons team on a 9-month fixed-term contract, with an immediate start and the potential to extend. Working as an extension of our clients teams, including some of the UKs largest organisations, you will be responsible for delivering the tender and implementation of a new IT Service Management Tool and management and delivery of digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a technical background, and you must have extensive experience of managing ITSM delivery projects and a demonstrable record of scoping, planning and managing digital transformation projects. The successful candidate will also have the confidence and ability to work with multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to understand individual requirements and ensure successful delivery and adoption of the process and technical changes. You must have a good understanding of document management plus strong negotiation and time management skills and the experience to manage and control a complex portfolio, plan and deliver projects from conception to completion, assess risk, and ensure delivery is on time and on budget. We have adopted industry standard project and programme management methodologies and IT projects will follow PRINCE 2 project management methodology guidelines. Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Very good experience and demonstrable success in managing ITSM delivery projects, delivering them to agreed time, cost and quality criteria Significant experience of producing and maintaining project management documentation including project plans, RAID registers, and project status reports Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a proven ability to communicate difficult or complex ideas clearly, often to multiple stakeholder audiences Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, and develop strong, successful, collaborative working relationships both with colleagues and external suppliers Excellent organisational skills, methodical, attention to detail, effective time management and the ability to prioritise work, and be able to respond to tight deadlines both as an individual and as part of a team A recognised Project Management qualification such as Prince II
