Job Type: Temp to Perm
Working Hours/Days: Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm and 1 in 6 Saturdays 9am - 4pm
We are looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in Dronfield. If you're passionate about helping customers and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
* Provide support for a variety of industries, including GP surgeries, insurance companies, and solicitors.
* Accurately take messages and log customer contact details into the system.
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
* Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure all interactions are positive and productive.
* Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to team goals and improving overall customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a customer service or call handling role is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when recording customer information.
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
* A positive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to help.
