We are actively seeking an experienced Account Manager within the Willenhall area on a straight to permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will possess -
• Good at Web Research
• IT Skills
• Sage 200 preferred but not essential
• Excellent customer serivce skills
Key duties of the role include -
• Supporting all aspects of existing Contract Administration including but not limited to
• Processing Sales Orders
• Processing Purchase Orders
• Keeping Key Customers Updated with Delivery Information
• Expediting Purchase Orders with Suppliers
• Identifying alternate Sources of Supply when issues arise with Current Supply Chain
• Supporting all aspects of the Onboarding process including but not limited to
• Setting Up New Customer and Supplier Accounts
• Setting Up New Product/Stock Codes
• Communication with Internal Personnel to ensure appropriate knowledge is disseminated.
• Supporting the whole Tendering Process including but not limited to
• Data Analysis
• Filling in Company Data on Tender Submissions
• Identifying Supply Chain for Tender Items
• Preparing Tender Prices
Salary -
• up to £30k
