About the Role

This essential role forms part of the Change team led by the Change Director, Head of Change, and Head of Change Practices.
Sitting within the business analyst community and working collaboratively with business stakeholders and other change roles, this role will use analytical expertise to shape and produce valuable analysis artefacts and support the successful delivery of the change portfolio. We are looking for people passionate about analysis that demonstrate the value of the business analysis practice through their contribution, bringing fresh ideas and driving the continuous improvement culture within the Change team.
Working with project managers and business stakeholders, you will select the most appropriate means of representing business requirements in the context of a specific change initiative and be responsible for the delivery of business requirements.
Responsibilities include:
1. Requirements scoping, estimating analysis effort, and performing requirements elicitation.
2. Documentation, process analysis/design, and data analysis/design as appropriate.
3. Managing your own work, being conscious of risks and issues, escalating where appropriate and supporting with resolution as required.
4. Ensuring that analysis work packages are aligned to expected benefits with full traceability.
5. Supporting the impact assessment of requested changes, escalating where you spot any deviations that impact the business case outcomes.
6. Performing cost and benefit analysis, assisting with the creation of operating model pictures, option papers, and feasibility studies.
7. Providing guidance on deliverables, coaching, and mentoring less experienced analysts.
You will be an active member of the business analyst community of practice, sharing knowledge, ideas, and supporting the continuous improvement of business analysis artefacts to improve ways of working and analysis outputs.
About You
We are looking for candidates with experience using business, process, and data analysis techniques.
Ideal candidates will have:
1. Experience across the change lifecycle working on projects.
2. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage conflicts.
3. Solid interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Behaviours critical to the successful delivery of Quilter's Change objectives, including being pro-active, delivery oriented, focused on good customer outcomes, risk conscious, and encouraging inclusivity and diversity.
