Pre-Construction Manager Role
Crawley, West Sussex
£60,000-65,000 + Package

Responsibilities of the role:
* Develop and maintain processes and templated for consistent planning approach.
* Define and agree applicable project planning requirements and programme.
* Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders to deliver project planning requirements.
* Identify opportunities to differentiate and/or provide competitive edge. Source Site Information including Site Surveys
* Work with the design team to peer review RFP and review contractor returns for compliance and completeness
* Design review - For identification of scope gaps, scope phasing and risk.
* Liaise with main/ sub-Contractors and consultancies to understand what is being requested or asking to be priced.
* Work with the commercial team, manage returns and deadlines and develop procurement tracker and programme for timeline management
* Drive/Own the risk matrix and the risk schedules to ensure all items are highlighted to the applicable authority.
* Specifically look at Project 'Strategy', 'Buildability' and investigate 'Value Engineering' solutions, with the sales team
* Analyse the Cost, Time and QA
* Responsible for producing the outline deliverables for the project (programmes, procurement schedules alongside the commercial team).
* Attend site visits and adjudication meetings prior to proposals being submitted
* Transition project into execution stage and providing full handover documentation.
* Aid with process management and project auditing
Quaifications & Experience:
* Microsoft Project (and addtional MS Office Tools).
* Data Centre Experience 3 years minimum.
* Mechanical and Electrical Understanding.
* Optional Project manager experience.
