Our team is committed to providing a welcoming and seamless experience for colleagues and visitors from the moment they arrive until they depart. We proactively oversee workspaces, meeting rooms, and collaboration areas while serving as a trusted source of information on the building’s amenities and services. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a positive and engaging environment, ensuring every visitor and colleague feels supported, valued, and well taken care of during their time on-site. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about what they do, energetic, friendly and extremely organised. Able to deal with a range of people and situations we’re looking for someone who is at ease meeting new people and who remains calm under pressure. What you will be doing Giving customers and all visitors to Aspire a warm, welcoming experience. General office administration, including: Organising meetings, including arranging catering and refreshments Managing the use of pool cars, car parking and other travel Fleet related tasks Keeping relevant systems up to date Organising and arranging internal colleague events Building management Switch Board calls Not limited to the above Ensuring meeting rooms are kept to a high standard and setting up prior to client meetings Organising postal deliveries and ensuring all post delivered to Aspire is delivered to the correct individual. Act as an ambassador for the Aspire brand. You will suit the role if you have Relevant experience in a comparable position. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers at all levels. Ability to look for new ways to make improvements and quality of service. Excellent organisational skills, highly self-motivated, personable and friendly and are positive and resilient. Ability to apply sound judgement when dealing with a wide range of situations.
