This role involves but is not limited to:
1. Assist the Compliance Cashier Manager by way of investigational and transactional processes in ensuring residual balances across the Firm are kept to a minimum and that balances are dealt with quickly and correctly.
2. Assist the team in ensuring the receipt portal is kept up to date and unclaimed funds are investigated and marked for return where necessary and actioned promptly.
3. Support the Compliance Cashier Manager in managing the Charity Ledger, liaising with the Fee Earners to ensure the correct process has been followed and the right documentation has been supplied.
4. Assist with SRA accounts rules compliance and process monitoring.
5. Support the Cashiers team and cover other ad-hoc tasks as and when required as assigned by the Compliance Cashier Manager and Client Cashier Manager.

4. Competent in Microsoft Office.
5. Ability to communicate at all levels.
6. High levels of attention to detail.
7. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in busy periods.
