We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who expects more from their career. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers. You will develop concepts and execute high-quality, relevant and targeted print and digital creative campaigns on time, accurately and accordance with dunnhumby standards. What you'll be doing: Make sound design decisions, from concept through to production of digital materials in support of targeted communications and new business efforts. Collaborate with Clients, Web Developers, Production and Campaign Managers to deliver against the Project Brief as supplied by the client on time and within budget. Direct/manage/collaborate with necessary vendors and creative staff to ensure efficient and high-quality communications materials. Provide strategic visual direction and design expertise (including UX and IA) on the arrangement of typography, photography and graphics both on and offline to inform and inspire action. Contribute to the creative teams' knowledge and growth in design and technical expertise and continuously look for ways to improve processes. Act as mentor and guide to junior team members. Maintain knowledge of the client and/or joint venture market brand (where applicable), brand strategy and brand guidelines. Utilise knowledge in the design space to contribute to dunnhumby strategies and design principles.
