Job Title: Project Manager
Hours: Full time (40-hours per week)
Location: UK – Colchester (Hybrid working – 3 days in the office )
Enigen is a multi-award-winning Oracle Partner, delivering CX and Supply Chain Management (SCM) technology implementations across a wide range of sectors. With over 15 years’ experience, Enigen has one of the largest portfolios of customers implementing Oracle applications.
As part of our growth, we are looking to expand our Project Management team. As a member of the implementation team, the Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and governance of small to medium-sized projects for Enigen customers.
This role involves managing client-facing activities, project planning, organisation, and overseeing billable resources. Additionally, the Project Manager collaborates with finance on PMO support for budget management, finance, and invoicing.
You will manage implementation of Oracle applications across a wide range of accounts. You will deliver projects and manage accounts across several different customers to time and budget.
Key responsibilities include:
* Own and deliver customer projects according to agreed requirements and budgets.
* Oversee ad-hoc consulting packages and assign related work.
* Ensure the success of Enigen customer projects through effective planning, organisation, and resource management.
* Oversee and manage project budgets, collaborating with finance to produce weekly reports.
* Maintain communication with customers regarding project plans and milestones.
* Report project progress, milestones, and financial details to leadership.
* Ensure all project changes are documented and agreed upon in writing.
* Govern and manage project risks and delivery.
* Ensure projects are well-structured with proper governance, communication, and methodologies.
* Manage and coordinate the billable project team.
* Maintain and approve project management estimations.
* Serve as the escalation point for small to medium-sized projects.
* Provide support to wider business functions, including Sales and Marketing.
The list of main activities is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to undertake other relevant and appropriate duties as reasonably required.
Your experience should include:
* Project Management: Previous experience in delivering Oracle Applications or a solid understanding of cloud/SaaS/PaaS.
* Microsoft Project: Proficient in using Microsoft Project.
* Project Lifecycle: Experience with all phases of a project lifecycle.
* Stakeholder Management: Strong and demonstrable experience in managing stakeholders and issues.
* Oracle Technology: Familiarity with Oracle technology.
* Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Project Estimation: Skilled in project estimation.
* Client Management: Demonstrable experience in managing client expectations with commercial rigor.
Salary: £50 – 60K per annum depending on experience
