We are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants, Health Care Support Workers, Sports Coaches, Youth Workers, Learning Support Assistants, and individuals with behavioural management experience to join our team at specialist schools in West London. This role starts as soon as possible.
Our rapidly growing, maintained schools cater to pupils aged 3-11 with Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities and associated complexities. Experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend to pupils’ personal needs and implement related programmes, including social, health, physical, hygiene, first-aid, and welfare matters.
* Supervise and support pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities during lunchtime.
* Assist pupils in understanding instructions, particularly in literacy, numeracy, and early years to KS4, as directed by the class teacher.
* Build positive relationships with pupils, acting as a role model, responding to their individual needs, and encouraging interaction and engagement in activities.
* Prepare and clear the classroom after lunch.
