Job Description
1. Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to align the people strategy with the company's overall business objectives.
2. Advise PLC Board, remuneration committee and nominations committee on strategic people matters.
3. Develop and communicate a clear vision for the organisation's culture, values, and people practices.
4. Lead the development of talent acquisition strategies, from recruitment to on-boarding, ensuring the company attracts and hires exceptional talent.
5. Set a compelling vision to ensure thoughtful design and implementation of talent development programs that nurture employee growth, skills enhancement, and career progression.
6. Foster a learning culture that encourages continuous development and upskilling.
7. Lead and establish the group's performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations.
8. Implement data-driven systems to measure and improve employee performance and productivity.
9. Lead DE&I initiatives to create an inclusive workplace, promoting diversity in all aspects of the organisation.
10. Develop and track metrics to measure progress in DE&I efforts.
11. Develop and run employee engagement strategies to enhance job satisfaction and workplace morale.
12. Implement well-being programs that support employees' physical, mental, and emotional health.
13. Oversee the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits packages.
14. Ensure compliance with relevant UK Employment laws and regulations.
15. Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and fostering positive employee relations.
16. Stay abreast of HR technology trends and use data analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
17. Implement and improve HR systems to streamline processes.
18. Responsible and/or accountable for ensuring the firm conducts all its Regulated Finance and Insurance sales activities in full compliance with FCA requirements and internal policies and procedures.
