Overview
We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant operations and possess strong leadership skills to support the overall management of our establishment.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the establishment
2. Assist in managing staff, including training and development
3. Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for business growth
4. Maintain high standards of service and quality control
5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
6. Support in inventory management and ordering supplies
7. Assist in creating and implementing marketing initiatives
Experience
1. Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is essential
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
3. Knowledge of culinary practices and kitchen operations is advantageous
4. Experience in bartending or hospitality is a plus
5. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
