The Role:

As a 360 sales consultant, you will be responsiblefor sourcing and generating your own client pipeline, understandingclients' energy needs, and advising them on the best solutionswhile ensuring compliance with quality and market standards. Outbound Client Engagement: Engage withUK business clients through outbound calls, effectively questioningprospects to establish needs and provide solutions using our Gas,Electric, and Water services.
ExceptionalOrganisation: Maintain exceptional organizational skills to manageclient interactions and tasks efficiently.
Consultative Approach: Develop a consultative approach by becomingan expert in the industry, advising, guiding, and consultingclients on suitable energy solutions.
Relationship Development: Cultivate progressive relationships withclients, from initial implementation through to ongoing contractmaintenance.
Rapport Building: Build excellentrapport with clients, demonstrating strong persuasion andnegotiation skills.
Revenue and KPI Targets:Achieve monthly revenue and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targetsto contribute to the company's growth.
PipelineManagement: Effectively manage the client pipeline, ensuring timelyfollow-ups and proactive engagement.
SupplierNegotiation: Negotiate with suppliers to secure favourable termsfor clients and the company.
Market Monitoring:Stay updated on energy market trends and contributing factors toprovide informed advice andstrategies.
Qualifications andSkills:
Proven experience in an energyconsulting or sales role, with a record of achievingtargets.
Persuasive communication skills and theability to engage effectively with clients over thephone.
Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
Consultative approach tosales, with a focus on understanding client needs and providingtailored solutions.
