Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary Client Details A leading law firm Description File documents with courts and other agencies electronically or in person Maintain and organize case files, both physical and digital Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates Manage attorney calendars and deadlines Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion Conduct basic legal research and fact-checking Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry Profile Proven experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Job Offer A competitive salary and great working environment
