We are looking for proactive and motivated HR People to join our supportive HR team. This role is a great HR career step which will develop your employee relations (ER) knowledge across a range of different business operations. You will have the opportunity to lead and influence employee relations by supporting our managers as well as getting involved in change initiatives.
In this role, you’ll manage a number of ER cases providing expert advice that balances risk with business needs. This will usually cover AWOL, sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance, and probations. This will be done over the phone and via email, whilst using our HR System to help manage it all. You will also support our operational managers and wider HR team with the related HR administration.
We have a HR team structure that is set up to support each other, bounce ideas off and when the time is right move up into more senior positions.
