This position is a role in two parts each equally as important as the other. HLTA (TA4) During the afternoon, deliver inspiring and engaging lessons to whole classes through EYFS and KS1. Deputy Out of School Manager - FABBS (OSP) After School - develop and deliver a high quality play based environment, developing appropriate play opportunities for our children. This role will also require the right candidate to be able to provide our children with a simple hot snack. You must be able to: demonstrate you are an excellent practitioner with high expectations of children s achievements and standards in all areas of school life demonstrate an understanding of the roles, a minimum of 2 years recent experience as a school/nursery based TA or equivalent is essential use your skills and knowledge to plan, deliver and assess lessons through EYFS-KS1 deliver the role with energy and enthusiasm relate well to children and build relationships help children to achieve their best actively engage children in their learning and play deliver phonics learning effectively liaise with parents and other professionals effectively work as a member of a team and take responsibility prepare and serve a simple hot snack able to use your own initiative have strong behaviour management strategies linked with the school s behaviour policy We can offer: Delightful children, who have a desire to achieve, believe & care.
