£30,000 (depending on experience) + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday-Friday flexible between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team to provide generalist support and guidance.
The HR team works in a busy environment, employing over 150 employees. You will report to the Regional HR Manager and work closely with the rest of our HR team to provide an efficient HR service to the organisation.
You will be responsible for:
1. Actively providing HR support to the Operations teams.
2. Ensuring any HR matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legislative and company requirements.
3. Advising and coaching Managers on policy, procedure, and best practice.
4. Managing a busy and varied Employee Relations caseload, including Absence Management, Disciplinary, Grievance, and Performance Management.
5. Supporting any HR project work.
6. Ensuring the HRIS is kept up to date and accurate in a timely manner.
Knowledge, skills, and experience:
1. Ideally CIPD Qualified.
2. Solid understanding of HR processes and Employment Law.
3. High level of competency with MS applications.
4. Solutions and commercially focused.
5. Flexible to travel to HGS UK sites as necessary.
6. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
7. Confidence to recommend change and committed to continuous improvement.
8. Experience working in medium-large organisations in a fast-paced environment.
