Purchase Order Administrator Location: Raynesway Salary: £15.07 per hour (£29,000 pro rata) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm (can be flexiblebetween 7am-5pm) Contract: 6-month contract with potential extension Morson Talent is excited to be recruiting a Purchase Order Administrator on behalf of Severn Trent, based in Raynesway. This role is fully on-site, with the potential to work from home on Fridays once fully trained (using your own computer or laptop). Key Responsibilities: Work from spreadsheets to create PO numbers in SAP Ariba and receipt PO numbers. Resolve any issues that arise from the PO process. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of purchase orders. About You: Ideally, you will have experience using SAP or SAP Ariba, but candidates with experience in raising PO numbers are also encouraged to apply. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Working Hours and Benefits: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, with flexibility to work 7am-3pm or 9am-5pm depending on personal preference. Fully on-site during training, with the option to work from home on Fridays once trained. Competitive salary of £29,000. Standard IT access provided, mirroring existing employee setups.
