Responsibilities
* Lead the team to review and streamline benefits-related policies, guidelines, and processes.
* Implement improvements, including system enhancements and changes, or in other ad-hoc projects.
* Lead the team to conduct random audits of the benefits provided and address the abnormalities through the use of technology or data analytics.
* Manage the outsourced benefits vendors (such as Employee Benefits insurers, Insurance brokers, staff wellbeing and wellness service providers, and corporate attractions system developers) and review the relevant reports submitted for reporting purposes.
* Oversee and maintain the organization’s employee records, ensuring compliance and confidentiality of HR data.
Requirements
* Degree in Human Resource or Business Management.
* At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in operations.
* Takes initiative, is independent, and able to work as a team player.
* Meticulous, organized, and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
* Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
