About the Role:
The Global Channel & Customer Director – Oral Health leads the development of Global advice to drive superior execution of our portfolio at retail. Additionally, this role advocates for market insights and retailer feedback, empowering our Global Oral Health team to refine strategies, enhance plans, and achieve superior outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
* Integrate shopper, channel and customer insights in global category team strategic planning process and innovation (PMB) review
* Share and develop Oral Health shopper and category relevant material to be leveraged by Business Units and LOC teams
* Liaise with Region Comex, Portfolio and SSL (Shopper Science Lab) leads to capture best practice and learnings that help further superior execution
* Collaborate with CBIA, Global Innovation and Market leads to enable impactful retailer sell-in and activation of our Oral Health products
* Act as a consultant for Global Sales Directors for key retailer engagements to share category trends, shopper behaviour, learning, and future outlook
* As part of the Global Category Team, help develop and integrate strategic principles and direction for Out Execute RGM lever including channel strategy, PPA (pack price architecture), category management, merchandising, and shopper marketing
* Champion Oral Health sustainability and responsible business programs with Business Units for JBP (joint business planning) with retailers
* Lead and coordinate activation for the Smile Train partnership and collaborate with the Global Responsible Business team for other opportunities
Basic Qualifications:
* BS/BA degree; MBA desirable
* 10+ Years of progressive sales experience (category management, account management, trade marketing, shopper research) or related
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in global/local CPG as well as exposure to all trade classes (dComm a plus)
* Highly developed presentation skills, interpersonal skills, sales skills
