Projects range from £5 - £10 million across Cambridgeshire and London. This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced team of professionals with technical expertise, offering flexible solutions to clients.
As the Associate Director in Project Management, you will oversee project delivery across Cambridgeshire, working with highly experienced individuals. You’ll manage 4–5 projects simultaneously, collaborating with various organizations and subcontractors. You will shape and execute project strategies, ensure successful delivery, and maintain client satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
At the Associate Director level, you should have a Chartered background (RICS/CIOB/RIBA, etc.) with experience overseeing all RIBA stages and delivering medium-sized projects. You must be able to manage complex projects from inception to completion. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential to foster client relationships and serve as the main contact. You should understand client requirements, contribute to bids, and be adaptable in project approaches.

The salary ranges from £65,000 to £75,000, depending on experience, with a discretionary bonus.
