About the role
They're looking for a Nursery Room Leader to join the team to play a crucial role in the education and social development of babies and young children up to the age of five. Your responsibilities will include creating a safe environment for children to learn and grow, designing age-appropriate play activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will be supporting learning and care, maintaining records of children’s progress, building relationships with parents and carers, and providing support to other nursery staff.
Who they are looking for:
* NVQ Level 3 Qualified, CCLD, NNEB, CACHE or equivalent
* Experience of implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Demonstratable ability to lead a team of staff in their room
* Strong knowledge and understanding of EYFS, SEN code of practice, OFSTED national standards and all relevant policies
* Show a clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection
* Strong ICT, numeracy and literacy skills
