Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team at Hinckley House school, a state-of-the-art SEMH primary school. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality lessons to small groups of students with varying learning needs
* Develop and implement tailored educational plans to meet the individual needs of each student
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement
* Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A degree in Education or a related field
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience of working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to ongoing professional development
