As Banqueting and Events Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Banqueting and Events Manager to support and lead our food and beverage team. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll assist in delivering exceptional experiences across our events, from weddings to corporate gatherings. You'll play a key role in the seamless execution of events, working collaboratively with other departments while ensuring our team delivers outstanding service. * Experience: Previous supervisory or management experience in a high-quality food and drink or events setting.
