Our team takes pride in assisting clients to meet or exceed their expectations and our committed to service excellence and building and maintaining key relationships. What you will be doing Respond to internal/external customer issues and queries via email, phone, and self-service. Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a day to day basis. Meet the set specific customer service standards. Champion things that could lead to improving customer support. Provide customer feedback to their line manager. Maintain ongoing communication of updates to customers provided by other teams. About you Excellent written and verbal skills. The ability to multitask across multiple issues. Understanding of SMART Goals / Objectives and KPIs. Ability to follow process and procedures accurately and without fail. High attention to detail. Problem solving, analytical and diagnostic skills.
